While we do not have a mandatory caterer that parties must use, when asked who we recommend, we ALWAYS refer them to our preferred partners: Mise en Place Catering.
A few years later and a few thousand meals served, they have established a name for themselves and run a successful business. On a daily basis, they provide the food services out of a commercial kitchen to the residents of the Carl E. Rideout House and Williston House located on Churchill Drive, Sydney and cater to numerous events each month on Cape Breton Island.
In 2020, they successfully opened The Dory Pub and Restaurant in the Dobson Yacht Club in Westmount, NS and installed a commercial kitchen into Sydney’s newest entertainment and wedding venue the beautiful, Sacred Heart Downtown.
They have a solid team of chefs and servers that can help make your event memorable.
